Terms & Conditions hemat138 – Platform Usage Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

Hemat138 only accepts deposits made through approved payment methods that are registered under the same Member's name. Third-party fund transfers are not accepted.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). hemat138 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees. Members are responsible for being aware of and bearing any such charges.

Hemat138 reserves the right to freeze a deposit and request further review if there are indications that the transaction is suspicious, including deposits made using a payment method not registered in the Member's name.

Withdrawals from your hemat138 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been registered under the same Member's name.
• Hemat138 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This includes a copy of your MyKad or other valid identification document.
• Your first withdrawal may take longer to process due to the initial KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 15–30 minutes for bank transfers.

• At the Member's own request to close their account.

In the event of an account closure due to a terms violation, hemat138 reserves the right to hold any balance linked to the offending activity while an investigation is conducted. Any legitimate balance unrelated to the violation will be returned to the Member once the investigation is complete.
